For those seeking an extra thrill, we’ve got a few aerial tricks in store to challenge your daring side! And to finish, immerse yourself in relaxation during our suspended meditation—let the silks cradle you in a serene pose, leaving you grounded and rejuvenated.

Group classes are held on
Monday evenings at 6:45pm and on Saturdays at 11:30am.
Other times available by request, Also available for private sessions for your group or party
