My Melt Your Middle Fitness and Nutrition Challenge, led by certified Nutrition Mentor April Marion,  is specifically designed to help women like you to trim your midsection and get ready for your spring wardrobe, to combat belly bloat through dietary changes, exercise, and adopting a healthy lifestyle.
